About Sutherland Support Services
Providing culturally appropriate and all-inclusive NDIS support services in Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula.

Empowering Independence Through Cultural Understanding
For over 6 years, we've been a trusted partner for families across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, and the Surf Coast
Where We Started
Sutherland Support Services was founded in 2018 with a simple but powerful vision: to provide NDIS support that truly respects and celebrates the diverse cultural backgrounds of our community. We recognised that quality disability support must go hand-in-hand with cultural sensitivity and understanding.
Starting with just a few dedicated team members and a handful of participants, we've grown into a trusted NDIS provider registered across 8 support categories, while never losing sight of our core mission—to empower every individual to live their best life with dignity, respect, and independence.
Where We Are Today
Today, we're proud to be a locally-owned and operated provider deeply embedded in the Geelong community. Our team represents the diversity of the people we serve, speaking multiple languages and bringing cultural knowledge from around the world.
We've built strong partnerships with local health services including Barwon Health, community organisations, and cultural groups. We don't just provide services—we're active participants in making our region more inclusive and accessible for everyone.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be a leading provider of culturally inclusive support services that enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. We envision a world where every individual, regardless of their abilities, has equal opportunities to lead a fulfilling, independent life, enriched by personalised support and community connection.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide personalised, culturally sensitive support that empowers NDIS participants to lead fulfilling, independent lives. We strive to enhance overall well-being by fostering social and community connectedness, promoting respect, dignity, and inclusivity.
